When receiving faxes using Fax Voip Console application (via built-in VOIP/ISDN fax lines) or using Microsoft Fax application (via Fax Voip Virtual COM Ports), you can configure Incoming Routing Methods to route incoming faxes to recipients on the network... The following Incoming Routing Methods can be configured:
Route through e-mail - Incoming faxes can be delivered via e-mail to one or more e-mail recipients. To, Cc and Bcc e-mail fields can be used. The fax delivery format can be TIFF, PDF or SFF.
Store in a folder - Incoming faxes can be copied to one or more local or network folder. The format for saving incoming faxes can be TIFF, PDF or SFF.
Print - This method allow to automatically print Incoming faxes to one or more printers.
Fax on Demand allows callers to retrieve information via fax on the same call (from a fax machine). Fax on Demand is the ideal electronic assistant for companies and organizations who need to have information constantly available to their customers in places other than their website.Read More..
About Fax Voip T38 Fax & Voice
You want to send faxes over VOIP or ISDN and you know about T.38 fax protocol. You want to use the answering machine with your SIP, H.323 or ISDN line. You want to use your favourite fax and voice software but you don’t know how to do it.
What is Fax Voip? From the perspective of your fax or voice application, it is a Voice Fax Modem. Fax Voip installs Virtual COM Ports and virtual Fax Voip 14.4K TAPI Voice-Fax Modems onto your system. You can setup your Fax & Voice program to operate with Fax Voip COM ports or virtual modems. Delivery Receipts via e-mail function implemented (with both built-in lines and Microsoft Fax). This new feature is independent from the e-mail notifications when using Mail to Fax. A copy of the sent fax can be attached in TIF, PDF or SFF format. Multiple e-mail recipients can be specified using To, CC and BCC fields. In the case of built-in lines default settings can be overridden when sending a fax using Fax Voip Send Fax Wizard or sendfax.exe utility.
