To forward a fax or audio message

1.     Open Fax Voip T.38 Console.

2.     In the Fax Voip T.38 Console, open the Outbox folder, Inbox folder or Fax-on-Demand folder.

3.     In the details pane, right-click the fax or audio message, and then click Forward. Or click the Forward button on the Main tab of the Ribbon.

4.     In the Fax Voip T.38 Console Send Fax Wizard (Fax Voip T.38 Console Send Audio Message Wizard) enter fax/phone number and change other options if need. Click Send Fax to send a fax. Click Send Audio to send an audio message.

Notes

• You can also forward a fax or audio message from the File menu. Select the item to be sent and on the File menu, select Fax (or Audio), and then click Forward.
• Please note that when forwarding a received fax, the copy of the fax is created and stored in the Outbox folder.
• You can forward any fax or audio message in the Outbox independently of its current state. Fax Voip T.38 Console creates new fax (audio message) job during this procedure and operates with copy of your original fax (audio message) file.
• Alternatively, you can forward any fax by printing the fax using the Fax Voip Virtual Printer.
