Sending Audio Messages

Parent Previous Next

You can send not only faxes, but also audio messages.

Any audio file located on your computer can be sent through a telephone line using Fax Voip T.38 Console. You can create your own audio file (usually wave or MP3) in any recording and sound editing program, and then convert your file using one of the available procedures. For transmission via telephone line 8 kHz 16-bit Mono wave files (.wav) are used.

To create an audio message using Fax Voip T.38 Console, see Sending Audio Messages from Fax Voip T.38 Console.

To create an audio message using command line, see SendAudio.exe command line tool. More details can be found in the Send Audio Message using SendAudio.exe tool chapter of this user manual.
