Attachments Settings
On this page you can override the default settings for e-mail attachments specified in the Mail to Fax (Mail to Audio) Settings.
Use default Mail to Fax (Mail to Audio) settings
If this option checked, the default settings for e-mail attachments are used.
Attachment types
In this area, you can specify custom settings for e-mail attachments that will be applied to the current rule only.
If this option is selected, Mail to Fax (Mail to Audio) will accept e-mails with any attachments. Please note that this in no way guarantees that your attachment will be correctly converted into a fax or audio message and sent to the recipient. See also in the E-mail attachments chapter of this user manual.
If this option is selected, Mail to Fax (Mail to Audio) will only accept e-mail attachments with specified file extensions. Enter the file extensions in the text box below. The file extensions should be separated by a semicolon. Example: .TIF;.PDF;.TXT;.WAV.
