Fax Voip T.38 Console Services Overview

When selecting the Run Fax Voip T.38 Console as Windows service option, Fax Voip T.38 Console installs the following Windows Services:


Fax Voip T.38 Console (Fax Voip T.38 Console VoIP Engine service)

The basic service, which is responsible for starting the SIP/H.323/ISDN CAPI 2.0 client and for all operations with faxes. It is started under the Local System account.

Fax Voip T.38 Console Management (Fax Voip T.38 Console Management service)

This service is responsible for processing with faxes and audio messages, as well as for Incoming Routing Methods: E-mail, Store in Folder, Print, Custom and Outgoing Routing Methods: E-mail, Store in Folder, Print, Custom. It is started under the Local System account.

Fax Voip T.38 Console Mail (Fax Voip T.38 Console Mail to Fax service)

This service is responsible for Mail to Fax (Mail to Audio) functionality. If you do not use this function, the service is not started. This service should be configured to be started under regular user account, see Configure Mail to Fax (Mail to Audio) system as Windows Service.
