System Tray Menu Options

When the Fax Voip T.38 Console is running, its icon is placed in the system tray.

To access the Fax Voip T.38 Console menu, right-click the Fax Voip T.38 Console icon in your system tray and the following pop-up menu appears:

The following commands are available in the menu:

Start Fax Voip T.38 Console (Start Fax Voip T.38 Console Service)

Click to start Fax Voip T.38 Console.

Stop Fax Voip T.38 Console (Stop Fax Voip T.38 Console Service)

Click to stop Fax Voip T.38 Console.

Fax Voip T.38 Console Control Panel

Click to open Fax Voip T.38 Console Control Panel. Alternatively, you can double click the icon in the tray.

Fax Voip T.38 Console

Click to open Fax Voip T.38 Console.

Open Fax Folder (Inbox)

Click to open Inbox folder in Windows Explorer.

Open Fax Folder (Outbox)

Click to open Outbox folder in Windows Explorer (outgoing faxes).

Open Audio Message Folder (Outbox)

Click to open Outbox folder in Windows Explorer (outgoing audio messages).

Address Book (Windows Contacts)

Click to open Address Book (Windows Contacts).

 Backup or Restore Wizard

Click to run Fax Voip T.38 Console Backup or Restore Wizard. Fax Voip T.38 Console Backup or Restore Wizard is used to save, restore or move your configuration and files to other computer. To use this option, administrator privileges are required.

Click to open Help file.
