When receiving faxes using Fax Voip Console application (via built-in VOIP/ISDN fax lines) or using Microsoft Fax application (via Fax Voip Virtual COM Ports), you can configure Incoming Routing Methods to route incoming faxes to recipients on the network... The following Incoming Routing Methods can be configured:
Route through e-mail - Incoming faxes can be delivered via e-mail to one or more e-mail recipients. To, Cc and Bcc e-mail fields can be used. The fax delivery format can be TIFF, PDF or SFF.
Store in a folder - Incoming faxes can be copied to one or more local or network folder. The format for saving incoming faxes can be TIFF, PDF or SFF.
Print - This method allow to automatically print Incoming faxes to one or more printers.
Fax on Demand allows callers to retrieve information via fax on the same call (from a fax machine). Fax on Demand is the ideal electronic assistant for companies and organizations who need to have information constantly available to their customers in places other than their website.Read More..

Implemented workaround that allows to pass Called Number (DID) to standard fax application (e.g. Microsoft Fax) using Caller ID string.
Route through e-mail Incoming Routing Method (using Microsoft Fax) implemented. Routing incoming faxes depending on both Called Number (DID) and Caller ID. Sending e-mail to multiple recipients including using Cc and Bcc boxes. Possibility to select fax delivery format: TIFF, PDF or SFF.

The Fax Voip Extended Incoming Routing (E-mail, Store in Folder, Print, Fax-on-Demand) license can now be combined with Virtual COM Ports (modems) license and allows to increase number of available rules when using Incoming Routing Methods (Microsoft Fax).

Delivery Receipts via e-mail function implemented (with both built-in lines and Microsoft Fax). This new feature is independent from the e-mail notifications when using Mail to Fax. A copy of the sent fax can be attached in TIF, PDF or SFF format. Multiple e-mail recipients can be specified using To, CC and BCC fields. In the case of built-in lines default settings can be overridden when sending a fax using Fax Voip Send Fax Wizard or sendfax.exe utility.
Possibility to disable delivery notifications to user email address when using Mail To Fax. A copy of the sent fax now can be attached in TIF, PDF or SFF format.
Added possibility not to attach received fax when using Route through e-mail method with built-in lines.
