Testing POP3 / IMAP Settings

To test connection to POP3 / IMAP server


1.     Open Fax Voip Control Panel.

2.     Click E-mail in TreeView, then click POP3/IMAP. Click <Test> button.



3.     Communication session with the incoming mail server will be displayed in the Testing Email Server window. Click <Close> to close the window. Note that Fax Voip does not download messages from the server and does not delete them in the testing process.




To view POP3 / IMAP log


1.     Open Fax Voip Control Panel.

2.     Click Options in TreeView, then click E-mail Logs. Then select Enable Receive Mail debug logging option and click <Apply> button.



To view POP3 / IMAP log click <View> button near the Enable Receive Mail debug logging checkbox.
