Multi-Language Support

Parent Previous Next

In Fax Voip T.38 Modem application you can create and use so-called Language Profiles. Thus the user can translate the Fax Voip T.38 Modem program (in full or partially) to any desired language. Files with language settings are stored in the *{CommonAppDataFolder}\FaxVoip Modem\Language folder. The name of the subfolder where language files of the separately taken profile are stored matches the profile name. The profile name is usually the language name. Language files are standard ini-files saved in Unicode (UTF-16). The ini file names are fixed and correspond to different modules of the Fax Voip T.38 Modem.

After Fax Voip T.38 Modem installation the following standard profiles are always present:

To create new Language Profile, see To create Language Profile.

To customize profile, see To edit Language Profile.

To read more about the structure of language ini-files, see Language files.

To change Fax Voip T.38 Modem language, check the box for desired item in the Language Profiles list, see picture below. Click <Apply> button to save language settings. The changes will take effect immediately. Nevertheless, we recommend to completely restart Fax Voip T.38 Modem after changing language settings.
