Incoming Modem Call Routing

Incoming Modem Call Routing feature allows you to configure individual settings for Incoming Calls for each Virtual COM Port (modem). Allowed: to accept incoming calls addressed to any number, accept incoming calls addressed to only the numbers with a specified prefix or deny incoming calls. The simultaneous use of the Incoming VOIP Call Routing and Incoming Modem Call Routing allows to make very flexible settings for Incoming Calls. Note that in the case of using native Fax Voip driver for Virtual COM Ports, Fax Voip T.38 Modem shows external ports (connected to the fax program). In the case of using 3rd party driver for Virtual COM Ports, Fax Voip T.38 Modem shows internal ports (connected to the Fax Voip T.38 Modem application).


Incoming Modem Call Routing panel shows the following information:


COM Port

COM port number associated with virtual modem line

Rule for incoming calls

Possible options are:

Use this button to edit Incoming Modem Call Routing rule. You should select one of the entries before using this button.
