Fax to Mail

The Fax To Mail function is implemented using Route through e-mail Incoming Routing Method (Microsoft Fax). To, CC and BCC e-mail fields can be used, the fax delivery format (TIFF, PDF or SFF) can be selected individually for each rule.

Windows Fax Service should be installed and configured to receive faxes using Fax Voip modem devices. Fax Voip T.38 Modem should be configured to receive faxes via Virtual COM Ports (modems). To use this functionality, you need Fax Voip T.38 Modem Virtual COM Ports (modems) license and (optionally) Extended Fax Routing (E-mail, Store In Folder, Print) license. For more details, see Route through e-mail Incoming Routing Method (Microsoft Fax).

Faxes can be sent to multiple recipients, and you can mix different formats as attachments to your messages.
