To select format for saving incoming faxes

Received faxes can be stored in one of the following formats: TIFF, PDF or SFF. To select the format for saving incoming faxes, do the following:

1.     Open Fax Voip Softphone Control Panel.

2.     Click Fax in the tree.

3.     In the Save Incoming Faxes as fields, select TIFF, PDF or SFF.

4.     Click Apply to save settings. All the changes are applied immediately.
