To pause and resume a fax or audio message transmission

1.     Open Fax Voip T.38 Console.

2.     In the Fax Voip T.38 Console, open the Outbox folder.

3.     In the details pane, right-click the fax or audio message, and then click Pause to pause the transmission.

4.     After a fax or audio message transmission is paused, click Resume to take it out of its paused state, making the fax or audio message ready for transmission once again.

Notes

• You can also pause or resume an outgoing fax or audio message from the File menu. On the File menu, select Fax (or Audio), and then click the Pause or Resume command.
• Only a fax or audio message with Pending or Retrying status can be paused.
