To configure Call Forwarding

1.     Open Fax Voip Softphone Control Panel.

2.     Click VOIP in the tree, and then click Call Forwarding to open Call Forwarding and Call Transfer Settings page.

3.     To immediately forward all incoming calls to another number, check Forward All Voice Calls option. Enter the number/URL to which the incoming call should be forwarded.

4.     To forward unanswered incoming calls to another number, check Forward No Answer option. Enter the number/URL to which the incoming call should be forwarded. In the No Answer Ring Duration field, specify the period (in seconds), after which an incoming call should be forwarded to a chosen number.

5.     To forward incoming calls to another number when all lines are busy, check Forward Busy option. Enter the number/URL to which the incoming call should be forwarded.

6.     To use standard mechanism for call forwarding (302 Moved Temporarily, H.450.3), uncheck the Use Hairpin Call Forwarding option.

7.     To use Hairpin Call Forwarding, check the Use Hairpin Call Forwarding option.

8.     Click Apply to save settings. All the changes are applied immediately.
