To retry sending an audio message

1.     Open your Log Book.

2.     In the Log Book, open the Sent Messages folder.

3.     To send the selected audio message with dialing number, in the details pane, right-click the audio message, and then click Restart with dialing number to retry sending the audio message. Or you can click the Restart the audio with dialing number button in the main toolbar.

4.     To send the selected audio message manually (the voice call should be established), in the details pane, right-click the audio message, and then click Restart without dialing number to retry sending the audio message. Or you can click the Restart the audio without dialing number button in the main toolbar.

Notes

• You can also specify any of these actions from the File menu.
• When retrying sending an audio message, you cannot modify any of the information that was specified in the Fax Voip Softphone Create Audio Message Wizard. If the sending of the audio message failed because of an incorrect phone number, don’t use Restart with dialing number option. To change phone number, use Forward an audio message option instead.
• This option is not used with call recordings that are stored in the Call Recording folder. To send call recording to other recipient, use Forward an audio message option.
