On this tab, you can specify whether to play or not to play an audio message. You can specify one or more audio messages.

Play audio file options

When making calls, the audio message can be played or not played, or this can be done randomly.


Always play audio message after the call is answered

Select this option to always play the selected audio message.

Randomly play or not to play audio message after the call is answered

Select this option to randomly play or not to play the selected audio message.

Never play audio message

If this option is selected, the audio message is not played.


Audio file to play

In this area you can select one or more audio messages to be played.


Single audio file

Use this options to play a single audio message. You can browse to a preferred audio file or enter the file path. An audio file must be an 8 kHz 16-bit Mono or 8 kHz 8-bit Mono wave file (.wav). To create the compatible audio file, you can use the procedure described in the Send an audio message with Create Audio Message Wizard chapter of this user manual.


Randomly select from the list of audio files

Use this options to play random audio message. If you specify more than one audio file, the audio file to be played will be selected from the list randomly each time the program makes a call.

<Browse>

Click to browse to a preferred audio file.

<Add>

Use this button to add the audio file to the list of audio files. The path to the audio file must be entered in the text field.

<Remove>

Select the audio file entry in the list, and then click <Remove> to remove the entry.
