Bottom Panel (Audio and Fax)

To show or hide Bottom Panel (Audio and Fax) click the Toggle bottom panel (<< >>) button in the main application window. The Bottom Panel is a separate window, but it is always stuck to the bottom of the main application window. The Bottom Panel (Audio and Fax) allows you to easily create outgouing faxes and audio messages, view faxes and listen to audio messages. Using this panel, you can send pre-prepared fax or to play pre-prepared audio file into the phone line in one click.

You can choose between two folders:

• Fax – the folder where outgoing faxes are stored.
• Audio – the folder where outgoing audio messages are stored.

To customize toolbar and select the background color of Preview Panel, right-click on the toolbar and select the necessary command from the menu.

Toolbar menu commands are:

Large icons

Tick this option to display large icons in the toolbar.

Toolbar Theme (Windows Vista or higher)

This option allows you to choose the Toolbar Visual Style in accordance with Visual Themes provided by the operating system. Simply choose the desired theme from the context menu. You can use this option on Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.1/8 and Windows 10.

Preview Panel Color

Shows the standard Color dialog where you can choose the background color of the Preview Panel. You can also show this dialog by clicking the right mouse button on the bottom part of the Preview Panel.

Restore Default View

Use this option to restore the default view of the Bottom Panel.
